Kyle had his 5th Grade Field Day (his last one at Green Tree--yes, I'm holding back the tears!). The weather was *perfect* for the Field day---70s, sunny, and windy. Some of the events included a relay race, a 1/2 mile race, the long jump, tug-of-war, and shot put. Kyle ended up taking 3rd place overall for the long jump. All the kids had a really great time.
Here's the relay pic. Kyle's facial expression cracks me up. He just passed the other runner on his right.
I'm not sure if it's legal for Kyle to run on the outside of the track lines or not. He's trying to get up to the front of the line.
Hmmmm. Kyle doesn't like to be the center of attention or anything. He's so funny.

So crazy that he is going to be in 6th grade! Where have the years gone? Kyle is a doll! Tell him to be sweet to all the ladies!
