We went to Whistler, British Columbia, Canada for our annual Leaders Club Trip this year. It was absolutely beautiful there. The mountains were still snow-capped, but the temperature was in the 80s. One day, Matt was snowboarding while I laid out by the pool. How awesome is that?!?!
It was a work trip, though, so there was some work to be done. In between meetings and during our free time we did get to enjoy white-water rafting, mountain biking, and a float plane tour. Also, there were a TON of Black Bears. They were in "walking hibernation", meaning that they were just coming out of hibernation & they were hungry. Thankfully, they were only eating insects & whatever else they could find in the ground and under rocks. They are actually very docile & don't attacks humans [whew!]. They were everywhere! Mostly on the golf courses, though. Be sure to check out the slideshow to the right or some pics.
