Kids say the darndest things!

Hannah has always mixed-up the cutest words ever since she was little. Just today she even called her rear-end a "booty-ius maximus". lol! She was trying to convince me that that is what the gym teacher called it, not a gluteus maximus! Here are a few of my other favorites from when Hannah was a toddler:

She called "church" a "turch". Not sure why, but the way she said it sounded like she was saying church with a southern accent. It actually took me a while to figure out she was saying "turch".

Instead of saying it was "foggy" out, Hannah would say it was "froggy out". It was just one of those things that was so cute, I didn't correct her. She knows now, of course!

Kids say the darndest things!

I was having a conversation with Kyle the other day and it was pretty cute:

K: "Mom, I love Blake so much. He is just so cute."

Me: " I know how you feel Kyle, we thought the exact same thing about you and Hannah when you were little babies, too. I think God created babies to be so cute because they need a lot of love and attention."

K: "No mom, they're not all cute. Blake is the cutest baby I have ever seen! There isn't any baby cuter than him and I love him more than anything!"

I just thought it was so sweet. You know how amazing it is to be a parent for the first time and realize that you never knew you could love a little baby as much as you do. Well I guess since Kyle is older (11), he has that same feeling for his baby brother!
