Baby Evans Update

WARNING TO ALL THE GUYS THAT MAY BE READING THIS---THIS POST MAY CONTAIN TOO MUCH INFORMATION. READ ON AT YOUR OWN RISK---YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

So, good news!! I lost my mucous plug just a few minutes ago! Sorry if that is TMI, but I cannot begin to tell you how impatient I have been this last week!!

I dream of having contractions, only to wake up every hour and realize it was only a dream!! I have just been in so much pain and had so much pressure this last week with NO other signs of upcoming labor. So, I was a little worried that I may be pregnant until August and give birth to a 6 month old!! Okay, so that's a little far-fetched. The good news at this point, is that there IS progress going on down there! My next doctor's appointment is tomorrow at 11:15 and we'll see where we are with dialation. I was at a mere 1 cm last week (Feb. 2nd). I am hoping to be at 7 cm tomorrow and hear to doctor say, "You're 7 cm, we need to induce NOW." I guess we'll have to wait and see!

We are certainly ALL ready to welcome Baby Evans and look forward to finding out if we will have a BOY or GIRL. Our main prayer is for a happy, healthy baby (and I throw in an easy delivery into my prayers, too!)
